Configure & Order
Select a tool that best fits your form and finish requirements, from our wide range of tool geometries, tip sizes, and grit grades.
Choose Your Tool Geometry
Each SAG tool geometry is designed for a specific class of surface. Select the geometry that matches your component profile, then configure bond type (resin or nickel) and grit grade to suit your material and target roughness.

RT04
The RT04 tool is ideal for accessing tight corners where all surfaces of the component require polishing. Its rubber tip enables the tool to conform to the radius being polished, resulting in a more uniform finish. This tool is commonly used on small radii.

RT05
The RT05 tool is highly effective for polishing small components and complex geometries. Its rubber tip enables the tool to conform to the surface geometry being polished, resulting in a more consistent finish. This tool is commonly used on small parts and concave surfaces.

RT10
The RT10 tool offers an ideal balance between precision and efficiency. Its rubber tip enables the tool to conform to the geometry being polished, resulting in a more uniform finish. This tool is commonly used on concave surfaces.

RT15
The RT15 tool is designed for efficient polishing of large components with concave surfaces. Its large rubber tip enables the tool to conform to the geometry being polished, resulting in a more uniform finish.

RB10
The RB10 tool is ideally suited for polishing both complex and planar surfaces. Its rounded profile creates a circular contact area, providing excellent performance and enhanced control during operation.

RB40
The RB40 tool offers an effective balance between versatility and efficiency. Its bonnet design provides a high degree of control throughout the polishing process, while its size makes it well suited for polishing medium-sized features.

RB80
The RB80 tool offers an effective balance between versatility and efficiency. Its bonnet design provides a high degree of control throughout the polishing process, while its size makes it well-suited for polishing medium-sized features.

CP05
The CP05 tool is among the smallest tipped tools available, enabling the precise polishing of small features and surfaces that are difficult to access. Its rubber tip enables the tool to conform to the geometry being polished, resulting in a more consistent finish. This tool is commonly used on complex geometry and small surfaces.

CP10
The CP10 tool is designed to mimic a small end mill. Its rubber tip enables the tool to conform to the geometry being polished, resulting in a more consistent finish. This tool is commonly used on complex geometry.

CP15
The CP15 tool is designed to mimic an end mill. Its rubber tip enables the tool to conform to the geometry being polished, resulting in a more consistent finish. This tool is commonly used on planar and convex surfaces.

DC15
The DC15 tool is specifically designed for polishing planar surfaces, including 90° edges. Its uniform rubber thickness ensures accurate and consistent polishing across Planer surfaces. This tool is commonly used on planar and convex surfaces.

DR15
The DR15 tool is specifically designed for polishing the inside and outside of bores and cylinders respectively. The rubber tip enables a large contact area along the length of the cloth, resulting in an efficient polishing process on surfaces with curvature in a single direction.
